30 Second Overview:These new boutique apartments are located in the heart of Ibiza Town and directly face the marina. Perfect for a modern place to stay just steps from the many bars and restaurants in the marina and a short walk to the gay bars in the cobbled streets of the Dalt Vila.

Perhaps you plan to spend your days under the sun at one of the many beach clubs, such as Blue Marlin or Cala Bassa Beach Club, and then experience the islands vibrant nightlife in the evening.   

The marina is home to some of the most impressive yachts and boats in the Mediterranean and with the harbour just 10 metres from your large panoramic windows, you’ll experience picture perfect postcard views of the boats and the sun glistening on the water from sun up to sun down.

The nearest beach is at Figueretas which is about a 20 minute walk away. Playa Den Bossa is a 5 minute drive away

Buses run regularly to most points on the island, or hire a car or moped and explore the beaches at Es Cavelet and Ses Salines.

The apartments have a large living area with views of the marina, a modern kitchen area, bathroom with shower and separate bedrooms with a double bed.
