This website is for the purpose of communicating prices and availability; it should therefore not be regarded as an offer, purely as an invitation to treat.
Unique Ibiza acts as an agent on behalf of the accommodation provider. All contracts concluded between the accommodation provider and you the customer are subject to our standard terms and conditions. A contract is only concluded when we accept your offer by sending you confirmation of our acceptance. Our acceptance is effective when sent by us. The contractual document is contained in the acceptance from us of your offer, and our terms and conditions which are incorporated into the acceptance and excludes any other representations. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
This Site and its Holiday Services are only available to people who, and parties that may, lawfully enter into and form contracts under UK law. You must be aged 18 years or more to book a Holiday Service from this Site and there must be at least one adult (18 years or more) travelling on any one booking.
This website is for use by members of the public only to make direct bookings with the various holiday companies featured. We DO NOT accept bookings made by travel agents or other agents on behalf of members of the public. Any bookings made in contravention of this rule will be notified and cancelled.
We do not promise that this site will always be available or that its operation will be error free, nor do we accept responsibility for any adverse effects of accessing it, or downloading material from it. Unique Ibiza does not accept any liability for any losses or claims arising from any inability to access this Site, any interruption in the conduct of any auction or any failure to complete a transaction. This includes adverse effects resulting from the downloading of viruses, the loss or corruption to material that is downloaded or any programs or data already on your system, and website-browser incompatibility problems.
All offers contained within email newsletters are subject to availability and we reserve the right to change the offer at any time.
Full terms and Conditions relating to the special offer advertised are accessible by clicking on the actual offer and visiting the site.
Supplements may apply as occupancy is based on maximum occupancy.
Offers which advertise PP refer to Per Person, PPPN - Per Person per Night, Per Couple - 2 people sharing.
Price & Availability Information
The prices shown on this website are valid at the time of input; however we reserve the right to change our prices or other details at any time. Prices may go up or down. Our staff will confirm the correct price or advise of any amendments before the booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to withdraw these prices without notice. Each appropriate hotel reserves the right to change holiday details. All hotel prices are quoted either in Euro’s or in pounds sterling and include all taxes.
Please note that the prices quoted on this website are supplied directly from the hotel provider. These prices may exclude some mandatory costs such as resort fees or charges that are payable locally.
A 2.35% surcharge will be applied to all credit card transactions. Charge cards such as American Express carry a surcharge of 3%
We reserve the right to withdraw these offers without notice. Offers are correct at time of going to print. We do not offer flights and therefore bookings are not protected by ATOL unless otherwise stated.
Hotel information, Imagery and Facts
All images and Hotel information have been provided by the accommodation provider. All ratings are the hotel’s own and may differ from the countries official rating. Unique Ibiza cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies.
Whilst we constantly strive to achieve the highest standards of accuracy using reasonable care and skill, we cannot be held responsible for all the content.
We may change this site at any time without notice by adding or removing discounts, late availability, hotels and other features or services. This will be without liability to you.
Each appropriate accommodation provider reserves the right to change holiday details including season opening and closing times.
All customers who make a booking as a result of information contained within this website are required to hold a valid 10 year passport. Any children under 16 who are not included on a valid 10 year passport will need to hold their own passport when travelling abroad. Unique Ibiza will not be held responsible for any loss or delay that may occur as a result of the passport or visa not being produced for travel.
It is the responsibility of the lead passenger to disclose facts about any passengers that may affect their ability to travel. Particular regard should be paid to the following;
a) Criminal Offences (USA Visitors – Persons wishing to travel to the USA that have any criminal records including driving offences, must declare these at the time of booking)
b) Previous deportations from the country/countries that you are visiting.
Charges will be incurred for any amendments made to a booking or travel arrangement.
It is a condition of booking that you take out adequate insurance either by taking out our special holiday insurance or by arranging another policy that offers the same or greater protection.
The carriage of passengers and their baggage is subject to provisions of the Warsaw convention national legislation and the carriers conditions of carriage.
In order to process your booking and ensure that your travel arrangements run smoothly and meet your requirements we need to use the information you provide such as name, address, any special needs/dietary requirements etc.
We take full responsibility for ensuring proper measures are in place to protect your information and we comply with all applicable data protection legislation as detailed by the UK Data Protection Act 1998. Information about you will not be passed on to any other company.
We collect information such as name, address and date of birth when an enquiry is generated, or a booking is made. We may contact you by email or post to let you know about any other products, services or promotions that may be of interest to you.
We must pass the information on to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements such as airlines, hotels, transport companies etc. The tour operator or relevant supplier’s use of your information is subject to their policy, both in respect of your booking and any future marketing. Please ask for a copy of this should you wish to see it.
The information may also be provided to your insurers (if you apply for insurance), security or credit checking companies, public authorities such as customs/immigration if required by them, for debt collection purposes or as required by law.
Additionally, where your holiday is outside the European Economic Area (EEA), controls on data protection in your destination may not be as strong as the legal requirements in this country. (If we cannot pass this information to the relevant suppliers, whether in the EEA or not, we cannot provide your booking. When making a booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons.) We will not however pass any information onto any person not responsible for part of your travel arrangements. This applies to any sensitive information that you give us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary/religious requirements.
N.B. This only applies to this website and not to the websites of other companies, individuals or organisations to which we provide links. We are not responsible and will not be able to protect your privacy if you disclose personal information in this way.
Your Data controller is: Unique Ibiza Limited. You are entitled to a copy of your information held by us. If you would like to see this please ask us. We may make a small charge for providing this to you.

YOUR HOLIDAY CONTRACT
When you make a booking the contract is made with you the client being any person travelling or intending to travel on a tour operated by the company named above on the terms of these booking conditions and it includes all matters arising from it and is subject to English law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
You may however choose the law and jurisdiction of Scotland and Northern Ireland if you wish to do so. No variation of these terms will be valid unless confirmed in writing by us.
A contract will exist as soon as we issue our confirmation invoice. By making a booking, the lead passenger confirms that all persons names in the booking (and their personal representatives) have agreed to be bound by these conditions and the terms of its suppliers.
YOUR FINANCIAL PROTECTION
When making a booking we will take credit card details and pass these on to the accommodation provider who will take the necessary payments. All terms and conditions, including cancellation and no show policy will be relayed to you at the time of booking. You will not be billed by either www.uniqueibiza.co.uk or Unique Ibiza Limited.
If you are unable to travel due to illness or for another reason then you will need to contact your insurance company for details of their cover.
We do not provide flights. Booking flights is the responsibility of you the customer.
YOUR HOLIDAY PRICE POLICY
You will be advised of the current price of the holiday that you wish to book before your contract is confirmed.
When you make your booking you must pay a deposit stipulated by the accommodation provider (usually 30% to 50% of the total accommodation cost). The balance will be taken on arrival at the hotel. We do not hold any payments. We do not charge a booking fee for making the reservation on your behalf with the accommodation provider. Payments are made in Euros by credit card or bank transfer and subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant bank and based on the exchange rate relevant to the day of the transaction. The accommodation provider reserves the right to charge a credit card fee, however this will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING
If, after the confirmation has been issued, you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way, for example your chosen date or accommodation, we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible and will be dependent on availability. The accommodation provider will apply the appropriate nightly room rate should your new travel arrangements fall within a different price band.
Any request for changes to be made must be made in writing from the person who made the booking and the accommodation provider reserves the right to apply an administration charge will be relayed to you prior to the date or duration changes being confirmed.
You should be aware that these costs could increase the closer to the departure date that changes are made and you should contact us as soon as possible.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
You, or any member of your party, may cancel your travel arrangements at any time. Written notification from the person who made the booking must be received at our offices.
Failure to arrive at the hotel (a "No Show") will be treated as a cancelation and therefore cancellation charges will apply.
Cancellation charges vary by each accommodation provider and these details will be relayed to you at the time of booking.
IF THE ACCOMMODATION PROVIDER CHANGES OR CANCELS YOUR BOOKING
It is unlikely that the accommodation provider has to make any changes to your travel arrangements then we will communicate this to you at the earliest possible date.
When a major change occurs, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible, if there is time before departure. You will have the choice of either accepting the change of arrangements, accepting an offer of alternative travel arrangements of comparable standard from us if available (we will refund any price difference if the alternative is of a lower value), or cancelling your accommodation arrangements.
Force Majeure: This means that we will not be liable to pay you any compensation if we have to cancel or change your travel arrangements in any way because of unusual or unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.
These can include, for example, war, threat of war, riot, civil disobedience or strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity and its consequences, acts of god, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with transport providers, closure of airports or any unforeseeable or unavoidable event beyond our control.
IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT
If you have a problem during your holiday it is of the utmost importance that you immediately bring it to the attention of the hotel manager. If your complaint is not resolved locally, you should email email@example.com with details of the problem so that we may endeavour to resolve it.
However, should a problem remain unresolved, a complaint should be made in writing within 28 days of your return home by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org and we will liaise directly with the hotel on your behalf. Please keep your letter concise and to the point. This will assist us to quickly identify your concerns and speed up our response to you.
