30 Second Overview: The Casa Vilda Marge is located in Sant Joan in Ibiza. The building dates back over 400 years and occupies a rural location with easy access to the main road network taking you to the North of the island for quiet beaches and villages, or to the south for a more cosmopolitan.

In fact we stayed here and found that it was an excellent location for getting to Ibiza Town, and some of the excellent contemporary restaurants such as KM5, Aura and Bambuddah Grove, as well as the small inland villages for an authentic Ibiza experience sat around the square. I don’t think we drove more than 30 minutes in any one direction with most places accessible within a 20 minute drive... so a hire car is essential.
The Casa Vilda Marge is one of the lower priced Agrotourism and rural hotels in Ibiza. To say that the hotel is a no frills rural hotel would be doing the Casa Vilda Marge a disservice. It’s an authentic small Ibiza Hotel next to farmland and fields of olive trees. The hotel has a good swimming pool with sun loungers, a hammock and palm trees with a shaded lounge area next to the honesty bar. We can’t speak highly enough of The Casa Vilda Marge. The rooms are simple and basic, and some rooms have a balcony or terrace area. Breakfast is served until midday which is just perfect for those who don’t want to be getting up too early.
Needless to say the Casa Vilda Marge books up early…

The rooms are on the first floor accessed from the main reception area with the double room on the right and the twin bedded room on the left. There are a number of steps so we wouldn’t recommend these rooms for families with very young children, but ideal for older families or a party of 4. There is a private and secluded terrace. There is one bathroom with a bath and shower. TV and DVD, air-conditioning and Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) are available in the room. Maximum room occupancy is 4 guests.
Saona Room: This newly built one bedroom suite has a separate lounge area and a kitchen with cooking facilities, kettle and fridge. The bathroom has a bath and shower. There is a large terrace area with sun loungers giving you views of the orchard and farm land beyond. The Suite can house 2 or a family of 4 with the sofa bed in the lounge accommodating 2 children. TV and DVD, air-conditioning and Wireless Internet (Wi-Fi) are available in the room. Maximum room occupancy is 4 guests.
